    I was forced to run for an hour a few days ago and it surprisingly went well, only normal muscle pain - the last time, my left knee had suffered seriously within minutes (misaligned hip after a femoral surgery, probably), causing extreme pain for a week. As I'm about to go for a mild test run, I thought I'd follow that routine again just for good measure. As I did so, I felt like expressing once more how grateful I was for this video. I have no doubt that it's useful for all kinds of people with various conditions, but it really was life changing after a femoral intramedullary nail surgery.

    Is there any other hamstring stretches that anyone would recommend swapping in? The one in the follow through just gives me an intense, quite painful, almost burning sensation in the back of my knee and i cant really get any stretch into the hamstring. Love the follow along so would be good if I can get everything covered!

    A little too hard and a little too long. I love the 15 minute routine. I can do it before running out to play pickleball. I’ve got 15 min. Not 20-25. Would like another 15 minute beginner routine just for variety.

    This has been a great series, really seen improvements myself following a slightly modified version of your workouts. Next, I'm not sure what my focus will be. You mentioned strengthening weak points, and I tend to have a lot of upper/lower back pain, so I'm thinking of focusing on strengthening my back to see if it helps.
